High-density polyurethane foam core (40-42 kg/m³, ≤0.022 W/(m·K)) sandwiched between color-coated steel, 304 stainless steel, or aluminum facing sheets (0.4-0.8mm). Tongue-and-groove edges with EPDM dual-layer sealing gasket. Available in 75-200mm thickness, up to 15m length.

Handling & Storage Lift vertically. Store flat, max 2m stack height. Keep dry and protected from sun/rain. Insta Continuous use: -40°C to +50°C. Max thermal shock: 30°C/hour. Max load: 200 kg/m².
